The tooling to produce cost estimates in the planning phase needs support, only covers a subset of the resources of the providers. Infracost tooling helps, and is a good option, shame it's not built into TFC more comprehensively

Is there a way to get the github app authentication with aws cli? I created the aws amplify resource through terraform and automated it through cli's start-job until the initial deployment, but the github app authentication has to be done through a browser..

Looks like you are creating even more separation between dev and ops, which is the main failure of DevOps. Developers need to take back control of operations. Specialised DevOps roles should not exist anymore.

How does this handles changes In the versioning of terraform. Does it pull suggestions from latest version of terraform ? Can we ask it examples from previous version ? What about hashicorp promoted terraform modules ? I am assuming the model is trained on terraforms code samples documentation on hashicorp’s website . Great work though, reduces lots of work .

I have two private cloud in different regions and I have setup hashicorp vault on both of them with consul as storage. On each DC, I have two vault servers (one active, one standby) and 3 consul servers for data. Now, how should I join both of them via WAN Federation to achieve failover during a disaster ? Kindly guide. (I am using community edition)

I believe this work is some of THE MOST CHALLENGING in all of systems engineering! Completing the work in this series makes humans exponentially better engineers, through pure hardship, like The Oregon Trail of software engineering. 99% of people will never know about it, let alone understand how much focus, effort and persistence goes into building an operational Vault system. Ensuring everything functions correctly, and securely, every time it is needed. Entire companies depend on it for survival, almost more than the servers themselves. The crazy part? Hashicorp Vault is actually one of the least complicated I have ever dealt with, yet still most reliably secure. I say this having done Hashicorp Vault from scratch for my employer a few years ago before HCP, TF cloud, and Boundary existed as mature products. It took 3 months of nearly 100 hour weeks. However, the company never needed to change their secrets management systems again, likely it would last them for years to come. What a great software journey!

How can we utilize Terraform test to assess modifications or additions to an existing infrastructure, such as introducing a new VM or modifying existing ones, especially when there are already 50 VMs in the environment? This looks awesome. But being someone who build terraform modules regularly, I doubt this will replace the current unit and integration testing methods that consist in deploying resources and validate them to ensure a module does what it is intended for.

My boundary client doesn't show me a list of hosts, if I put in the target a set hosts. How is it possible at yours? I created a host set, added some hosts to it, and once I create a target with a host set in it I expect that in the Boundary client I'll be having an option which host to connect for the host set..
